It was absolutely wonderful working with Tara on the purchase, and then sale, of the condo in Seattle. Buying something sight unseen is a bit scary but Tara made it easy. Selling something when we live over 1700 miles away is difficult in so many ways but she went far above and beyond the call of duty to make it happen - and it happened extremely fast and extremely well. Ed and I are more than delighted with the price we received, the rapid sale and the rapid closing date. We really appreciated Tara arranging for the painters, tilers, carpet folks, and stagers that got the once sad condo looking like a queen.Thank you, thank you, thank you Tara.
