OB Jacobi brings a second generation of leadership to Windermere Real Estate which was founded by his father, John Jacobi, in 1972. As president, OB has helped facilitate Windermere’s growth into the largest regional real estate company in the Western United States with more than 7,000 agents and 300 offices in ten states.
Relationships
In addition to guiding business strategies for Windermere, OB oversees operations for eleven family-owned Windermere offices with over 300 agents in the Seattle area. His interest in technology and productivity led OB to pioneer an innovative team-based real estate management system that has helped his offices earn a 40+% market share. OB sits on the board of directors for the Northwest Multiple Listing Service and is a member of the advisory board for Trulia.
Community
OB serves on the board of the Windermere Foundation, which has raised over $26 million to fund services that support low-income and homeless children and families. He also participates in Windermere’s annual Community Service Day which sees Windermere offices closing their doors for one day in order to focus on neighborhood-enhancing projects in the local community.
