I was in the market for my first home and using a VA loan. The first agent I met with frankly told me that she didn't think we would find anything in my price range that would qualify for a VA loan. A few days later, I met with Ryan and he had a list of homes waiting and we were off. The house I finally settled on was a short sale, requiring Ryan to put a tremendous amount of work into getting me into my home. Ryan Knicely was an extraordinary agent. He was very prompt to any questions I had and was flexible while I found out what kind of house I wanted in this unique market. He was also very understanding of my military training and would frequently either delay or rush things to help accommodate to my needs.

We were referred to Ryan in 2016 for an upcoming cross country move that took us 18 months to make happen. Ryan was so helpful and patient in dealing with us and all of our changes. We almost could not close the deal on the house we really wanted, due to the lender we had been working with. Their interest rate was too high, and it seemed like they did not know what they were doing, as we were using VA financing. We had called Ryan, and told him this information. He said let me talk to one of his lenders. Ryan got back to us within minutes with his lender texting him questions, and solved the interest rated quickly. His lender contacted us the next day first thing, and we were back on track. Ryan's lender was great and we would have been able to still close on the original date. Other circumstances on the seller's part delayed closing by a few days. We couldn't be more happy with Ryan solving this issue.

Ryan was able to sell my place in less than a week. In fact, it was less than a month between the time I met him and when I was paid by the bank for my property.
I have worked with many real estate agents in the past, and I have been lucky in that I have always had good experiences and been happy with the service I was provided. That being said, Mr. Ryan Knicely it's a whole different level. His presentation of my property was immaculate, and I had to take care of nothing. Photos, drone videos, a blog... Things that you would think cost extra to truly be done right we're all included in his service.

We used Ryan to purchase a cabin getaway in Cle Elum, Washington. With the distance between our home and the property, it was definitely not a routine purchase. From appraisers to inspections, there were a lot of bumps in the road, but Ryan's service and attention to detail were exceptional.
If we were using any other Realtor, I think this would have been a very negative experience and the deal probably would have fallen apart. Ryan kept us focused on the end goal and did everything he could to keep the stress to a minimum.
