More Hunger Doesn’t Take a Summer Vacation Summertime couldn’t come soon enough for most children. But for many, the end of the school year marks a time of uncertainty for those who don’t have access to regular meals at home. According to the Food Research and Action Center, over 21 million students receive free or reduced lunches during the school year, and that need doesn’t go away when the school year is over.

This month’s breakfast saw more than 100 Puget Sound area agents come together to discuss luxury housing market trends and activity. Agents from as far away as the San Juan Islands joined local agents to hear speakers talk about the nuances of working with international and multicultural clients.

More Update: A Legislative Effort Is Now Underway In Congress To Extend The Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act UPDATE: Senators have introduced a bipartisan bill that would extend the Mortgage Forgiveness Debt Relief Act through 2015 and all of 2016. Heller is an influential member of the Senate Finance Committee and has pledged to attach the bill to a larger piece of legislation that is moving through his committee. We will keep you posted on the progress of the extension as the process moves forward.
