Although it is clear that we are far from “out of the woods” at this point, I would like to suggest that this news may not be as dire as everyone is thinking.

There is no question the economy and the housing market has slowed down over the last few years and the recent deluge of articles for and against homeownership is impossible for us to ignore. Ultimately, we believe that the American dream of homeownership is alive and well.
