Transaction Coordinator

Aimee Cruz is a Senior Transaction Coordinator for Windermere Real Estate / East, Inc. She is performance driven with over 20 years of experienced in customer service, operations, and office administration. Emails are never automated but rather personally crafted for each unique transaction. Aimee is passionate about client satisfaction and strives to give nothing less than 7-star service every time.  

Aimee started out in customer service 20 years ago and during that time she earned her degree in Human Resources Management. In 2014, Aimee transitioned into the mortgage industry where she had the opportunity to learn about the lending process before coming over to join Windermere’s Transaction Services team in 2018.

Originally from the small town of Wenatchee, Aimee moved to the Seattle area in 2010. Outside of work, she loves to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors with her daughter. She also loves to travel – if you can’t find Aimee, just look at Disney and she will surely be there.
