Both Seattle Native and Newcomer...
Born at the UW (where I later got a degree in Romance Linguistics) with my first job at the Pike Place Market, I am a true Seattle native. But most of my post-college life was spent living and working in New York, Miami, San Diego and other cities around the country as a classical theater actress. So when I finally returned to my hometown in 2016, I was also able to see it through a newcomer’s eyes, a perspective that has come in handy when helping some our many transplants settle into our fabulous city.
My zeal for guiding homebuyers and sellers (especially first-timers) sprang from my own experience buying our first home before I was a realtor. While it’s a funny story now, that adventure taught me that not only does an agent need to be knowledgeable, professional, and responsive, but they also need to answer the questions a client doesn’t even know to ask. A homebuyer or seller can never be too educated or informed.
As a one-person shop, I am the sole pilot of your homebuying or selling experience. I keep my active client list modest so I can be more present and responsive to each of my client’s needs. I also have an extended wealth of expertise, support, and resources from working alongside many high caliber colleagues at Windermere Ballard. Having respectful, collegial relationships with other brokers has often been the key to a transaction being both successful and smooth. And the magic of a down-to-earth sense of humor can never be overstated!
With nature conservancy, animal welfare and community among my passions, I always make a donation to one of several related charities with every transaction.
