When my husband and I were ready to list our condo in Queen Anne, we worked with Ashley and team to ensure we prepared it to show well and list at the right time to attract the most interest. Ashley has an excellent design eye and guided us through the process of cleaning up our condo and prep to showing that was within reason and would lead to the best outcome. She was extremely responsive and prompt and went above and beyond to manage the various moving parts (painters, appliance arrival, photographer, etc.) The listing was perfect, and photos of the condo were beautiful. Her great work led to a very successful outcome that surpassed our expectations; we received a competitive offer the day the condo was listed and accepted it! Could not be happier and are very grateful for Ashley's hard work and expertise.

We sold our condo and bought a house through Ashley. She is an incredible real estate agent on both sides. As the buyer representative, she asked a ton of great questions, understood our needs perfectly, and then saved us a ton of time and effort by findings properties that we didn’t and then giving honest assessments of the ones we found. A great partner and when it came down to it a great negotiator. From the seller perspective, she has a high bar with impeccable taste for staging and preparation to sell. We didn’t have to do a thing to get it ready for sale. Whether it was getting their painters in to freshen it up, recommending lighting for us to change, or helping us think through what things to address prior to listing, she was thorough and most importantly correct with how people would perceive it. And then through the negotiations and offer process, she was transparent, a great communicator, and very professional. I would very highly recommend Ashley for anyone who is looking to buy a place or sell a place. Especially in Queen Anne.

Ashley was responsible for the day-to-day coordination of all the tasks required to sell our home including: 1. Scheduling and overseeing contractors. 2. Coordinating with us with respect to approval and payment for contracted work. 3. Overseeing staging and the showing of our home. The amount of effort and commitment that Ashley brought to the project was incredible. We specifically appreciate the facts that she managed this: 1. During a brutal heat wave and at a time when labor availability was tight. 2. Without our on-site presence. 3. With a significant list of work orders. 4. A short time frame. At all times Ashley kept us in the loop, made sure we understood what work was being done, for how much and why, and allowed us to provide feedback and even say no to some suggestions. We are also aware that Ashley went beyond the list of work orders and took the initiative to do the 'little' things that were needed. The buyer of the home was by all accounts absolutely delighted. We were absolutely delighted to find a buyer that connected with our vision of the house. Both reflect Ashley's vision, expertise, and respect, and ability to work with multiple contractors. Ashley did a wonderful job staging and taking care of the property. She also had great patience and determination as we faced a rapidly deteriorating market due to rapidly rising interest rates, doing many open houses. Kept us informed and found a buyer.

Ashley did an amazing job helping get my Queen Anne home ready for sale, staging it, showing it, and ultimately selling it. She was very responsive, has an amazing design sense and eye for how to market a home, and was simply a joy to work with. She and Sam did a great job of marketing the home and ultimately getting multiple offers. They also did a great job through the closing and transfer of ownership process as things came up. I always felt like I was in the best hands with them and I do not think there is a better team to see your home on Queen Anne! I will work with Ashley again for sure.
