Casey has been my real estate agent since 2010, and he is -- hands-down -- the most competent and caring professional I have ever worked with in any field. Period. First, Casey knows the local market like the back of his hand. That lays the ground work. Then, he is excellent at thinking through all the aspects of buying and selling, presenting you with all the options, and encouraging you to make decisions that best work for your family -- then using his skills to maximize those choices. Also important, he is extremely personable and easy to work with. But unlike with some real estate agents, this is not just as a negotiating tactic. He really cares about people, their families and communities, and this comes through. Casey was great and even helped us close during his vacation! It took us 5 months in a very difficult market (low inventory) to get to close, but we landed in the location we really wanted.

Casey Bui was by far the best real estate professional we could have asked for. My husband and I recently moved from Pittsburgh, and we were sticker shocked by the Seattle market. Casey calmed our fears with his 20+ years of experience and his down-to-earth personality. We wanted someone with perfect reviews, a results-driven approach, excellent communication and an easy demeanor. He was all of that PLUS MORE. Here’s the BEST PART: because he is at the top of his craft and he is always learning about the changing laws and markets, he noticed an error in our accepted contract which resulted in us being able to legally renegotiate with the sellers after consulting with his broker’s law firm. Long story short, he saved us a substantial sum of money because of his awareness of complicated real estate legalese and his moral obligation to work in our best interest. I spent hours researching realtors in the area before asking Casey to work with him. This was one of the best decisions of my life, and I cannot thank Casey for his services enough!

Scott provided us with a VERY thorough, clear, and concise Market Analysis for our residential property in Everett. A great deal of related information - local real estate market conditions, comparable recent home sales, details that differentiated our property from others, and suggestions on things we might consider doing to enhance our property's value and marketability, etc. Scott is very cordial and professional, and we absolutely expect to utilize his services when the time comes to sell - or buy.

Casey did an amazing job helping us navigate this difficult Seattle market! Casey saved us $77,500 with his negotiations! In the end he secured us a great house, in the location we desired, at a price we could afford. He answered all the questions we had throughout the process, and helped make us comfortable with purchasing our first home. Casey was available any time of day, even answering texts and emails on his vacation. I couldn't recommend Casey enough, he made a very difficult process easy and I am very thankful we had his expertise to rely on.

I cannot recommend Casey highly enough. Not only did he help us buy our first home, he helped both of my sister in laws buy their first homes as well! He guided us through every step of the home buying process and made the entire process painless. He checked in constantly, responded to emails and phone calls promptly, and broke everything down for my husband and I who are first time homebuyers so we knew what we were getting into. He is trustworthy and I always felt he had our best interest at heart. We ended up with an amazing deal on a house that was perfect for us, not to mention he managed to negotiate a great deal between us and the sellers, and they paid for repairs that were needed before closing. If you’re looking to buy a home you cannot go wrong with Casey.

Casey did an excellent job helping us to navigate the home buying process and would highly recommend him to prospective home buyers given his professionalism, knowledge of neighborhoods and the local market, availability and patience. Scott is the epitome of a real estate professional. Scott sold our rental property in record time and we received more than our asking price. He was extremely thorough in providing comparable sales in the area and was very thorough when going threw all the forms that are involved in the sales process. Our property needed quite a bit of work and Scott assisted us by providing a list of professional vendors. The vendors Scott provided to us were extremely careful and courteous., We will be selling our residence in the near future and will without question have Scott assist us with it. We have nothing but praise for Scott and his Windermere Team.

The services Casey provide was invaluable. I have not sold property in 25 years. He helped us understand the process and advised us what we could and should not update to impact our selling price. He provided all the vendors with estimates so we could make our choices. We sat back and let Casey do what he does best. He staged the condo, did an open house and came back with 10 offers in 3 days which were all above our asking price by 25K. We picked one that was 35K above asking price. There were several that were higher but Casey shared some of the red flags that might impact closing. Bottom line is that he has the experience, knowledge and communication skills that will make your real estate transaction the easiest one you will ever have.

I had the pleasure of working with Casey in the fall/winter of 2020 and into March of 2021. Casey listed and sold my townhouse in Edmonds. I interviewed multiple agents before deciding to work with Casey. He developed a compelling and thorough presentation that demonstrated his local knowledge of the Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, and Shoreline markets. His strategy, attention to detail, and marketing plan gave me the confidence to work with him and it turned out to be a perfect decision. The process of selling my townhouse turned out to be fairly complex despite the sellers market. I learned a lot about real estate by working with Casey. His strategy of not being over aggressive with the list price, generating demand, and ultimately bringing multiple offers to the table was a very important lesson and proved to be a very profitable plan for the sale of my home. Casey helped me make the tough but important decision of taking my house off the market in early December after we couldn't generate multiple offers in 45+ days when we originally listed in October of 2020. With the holidays coming up, Casey advised taking the house off the market, waiting 60 days, and relisting so our days on market would go back down to 0. That was a key decision. When we relisted on February 9, 2021, we had 3 offers within 1 week - all of which were over list price. Casey walked me through all the offers and then when back to the buyers to negotiate. In the end, we sold the home $55k over list price and Casey was able to negotiate out all covenants from the buyers that gave us pause. Throughout the entire process, Casey communicated at a high level, demonstrated his expertise, and became a mentor. Casey isn't in the business of just telling you what you want to hear. He has a unique ability to blend being direct while also being optimistic and works hard to reach the best deal for his clients. Casey's abilities coupled with Windermere's reputation and marketing tactics is a powerful combination. I will recommend Casey to all my friends, family members, and business contacts who are looking for real estate. You cannot go wrong working with him. Casey makes it easy and helps you earn the highest return or best deal structure for your real estate investments. He was an absolute joy to work with!

We met with two other agents and Casey stood out. We are very happy with our choice. Casey is a true professional in his field. He provided a stager to help us prepare our home for sale. With his help and her staging, our home received two offers within a few days. When the buyer we chose failed to get their financing, Casey was able to work quickly with the second buyer's agent to get us right back on schedule. We were moving to Las Vegas so Casey connected us to Moving Link who got multiple bids for our move. Problems arose with the moving company we selected and Casey worked with Moving Link to help us with our issues. We are getting settled in our new home now thanks to Casey's hard work and expertise.

We wish there were more stars we could give to Casey. He just is that amazing. We were extremely fortunate to have chosen him as our buying agent. He helped us in getting our home at a really good price while competing with multiple offers. He was INCREDIBLY helpful, patient, and knowledgeable during the entire process of finding our beautiful home. As first-time buyers in a very tough market (Seattle) we were really fortunate to have Casey as our agent. He's been buying and selling houses in the greater Seattle area for decades, and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. And he took really good care of us. He saw dozens of houses with us, and helped us put together an offer almost every week this summer until one stuck. (Like we said, it's a tough market!) He was extremely responsive, and thorough, and quickly figured out what we knew and what we needed help with. Even though ours was a financed offer, we beat at least one cash offer thanks to following Casey's advice. Part of this was an aggressive three-week closing, which Casey helped us pull off. We had to decommission an oil tank before closing, and thanks to Casey's negotiation skills the seller agreed to pay for it. We could not be happier with the house. It's everything we had hoped for, is below our maximum budget, and does not need a huge amount of work. And we wouldn't have found it if Casey hadn't helped us learn so much about the market, put together so many offers, and avoid bad houses when we were getting desperate! We also really enjoyed spending time with Casey!

We had been following the Seattle market for about a year by the time we were ready to make a home purchase, so we pretty much knew what we were looking for and what we were likely to afford. We had Casey over and we discussed details. He had a portal for listings up quickly and we began to tour homes. In the end, we only ended up putting offers in on two different homes. Casey moved quickly, putting together solid offers with the right framework to get us accepted. Seattle is a fast market, and we were ready to move. Casey was ready to jump right in at the same pace. Casey walked us through the home inspection process and closing process. We very much liked his whole team, from his home inspector to his preferred lender. Everyone was very responsive and we went from getting pre-approved on October 31 to closing on our home January 5, which we understand is quite fast, especially for the Seattle market.

From the moment we met Casey, he was professional and clearly knowledgeable about his field. When he wasn't available to drive us to homes personally, he ensured that one of his other agents could. When we had to decide between moving to a new city further from family and the house we loved, he didn't issue is, but assisted us in walking through our choices. When we finally decided to move forward with an offer, Casey was so responsive and so helpful. He answered all of our questions, made sure we understood what was happening, and advocated for us. The whole prices went di so smoothly, that we never felt stressed at all. I hope we won't be buying a house for a long time, but if we do, we would definitely choose to work with Casey again.

I don't know how many people have tried to sell their house on their own because they wanted to save on the commission paid out when using a realtor, but I am guilt of such. I have sold my prior houses before by owner and never had a problem...until this time. It was a nightmare to say the least!!! But THANK GOODNESS for Casey. He was able to help us get out of that nightmare and take over selling our house. It was a huge relief off my shoulders. He took us through each step of the marketing, selling and offers. He didn't pressure us to do anything we didn't want or need to do. He gave us advice and offered assistant as needed. There were still rocking steps along the way, but if it wasn't for him...I would seriously have ran for the hills and still be stuck paying 2 mortgages. Not a situation I wanted. His professionalism got my house sold within 10 days of being on the market and at a price that made me happy. He always responded to me whenever I asked questions or just had comments. I was extremely happy with him and I am sure you will to.

Casey Bui is incredible. There is nothing I would want to change about our home buying experience with him. He was attentive to what we wanted, knowledgeable, he negotiated expertly with the seller, he was clear and prompt when communicating with us, and perhaps most importantly to us, he made the entire process simple and virtually stress free. He even heard through a friend that we had a minor issue with the house roughly six months after closing and he called to check in with us about it. He is simply the best! It's worth mentioning that this was our first time buying a home and we had next to no knowledge about what is involved. Casey was patient, thorough, and clear in explaining everything to us and that really took the stress out of the whole process. We had met some realtors prior to him but none of them felt so trustworthy and genuinely caring. We are so glad we chose him and we would urge anyone looking for a realtor to do the same!!

Casey is knowledgeable of current trends in the market and successful in negotiating and sealing the deal. He has an eye for small details that make a home more inviting to the "lookers" and offers good counsel throughout the selling process. But the quality which was most important to us is his honesty in doing business. Clearly knowledgeable, Casey Bui exceeded our expectations for a realtor. We couldn’t be happier with Casey as agent for the sale of our condo. Going over and above our expectations, Casey represented us skillfully and at every moment exuded a calm confidence. We always sensed that Casey truly loves what he’s doing. He provided honest insights during our initial meeting, and later introduced an astute strategy behind his recommended selling price. It paid off. Casey skillfully negotiated with our recalcitrant HOA having an understanding of the bigger picture and communicating it at every step of the negotiation. It had been 10+ years since our last real estate transaction (as buyers) and we needed some hand holding. During our initial meeting he outlined a plan, had statistics, market facts and comps at his fingertips discussing the steps needed to get our property on the market.
