Cindy Johnson was amazing throughout our first home purchase and we credit her 100% with the sellers accepting our bid (we were not the highest offer). Cindy was in constant communication and treated us like we were million dollar clients. We were out-of-state and Cindy made everything work smoothly, including walk-throughs, inspections (understanding which red flags were concerning and really needed to be addressed), helping with recommendations for trusted service providers, pick-up/drop-off at the airport when my husband visited the area (and toured the area and he's still talking about a restaurant she took him to for breakfast). Cindy knows this market, knows how to guide people through a home purchase, has great follow-through, and is a kind and very personable soul. We were lucky to connect with her!

I actually started with Jeff and he was amazing as well. Cindy took me a couple days to get used to, she's very bubbly and sweet. I was a first time home buyer and she helped walk me through everything and explained everything so I new exactly what was going on. From beginning to end to even after she was amazing at helping me. She got a little to excited on a home or 2 but the homes that i did decide i wanted to put on offer on she fought tooth and nail to try and get me them.

We were blown away with Cindy's attention to detail and commitment to our best interest. She was thorough, knowledgeable and clearly has the gift of negotiation because it was a breeze with her in our corner! We ran into a big inspection (roof) issue and she was able to clearly articulate our concerns and hesitations in such a way that the seller was still more than happy to work with us. It was her awesome guidance that we closed escrow in a record 15 days, not only was the other agent blown away but the lender and title were equally impressed with the ease of the transaction. Without question, we would use Cindy again!

I am so happy we were referred to Cindy! She was great to work with and really listened to what we were looking for in a house. Cindy is attentive and very responsive which made the entire process go very smoothly. She is a great communicator and kept us informed every step of the way. Whether I called her late in the evening or on the weekend, she was always there to listen and answer my questions. She shared an abundance of new home listings with us and was always ready to run out and go look at properties that just listed! She worked very hard on our behalf and In the end, she was able to negotiate a great deal (with extras in the contract) to get us the home that we really wanted! I am so grateful that we were able to work with such an amazing agent, I highly recommend her!

Cindy is a great communicator and very detail oriented. She goes above and beyond with her clients. I recently sold my condo and it closed within three weeks. She prepared my condo with staging and added personal touches. Also she kindly cleaned the inside of my stained dishwasher and made it look new! As an out of state owner I so appreciate her expertise on the sale of my condo.
