When we first started showing interest in buying a home, our family and friends said it was one of the most stressful things they have ever experienced. We prepared for that. But Clint made the experience soooooo easy. There was no stress whatsoever. The first time we got together with Clint he gave us some homework to help find the right house. He only messaged us when a house that met our desires went up for sale. He was incredibly helpful and highly versed in the real estate world which clarified the entire process, so that we knew exactly what was happening, why, and how things were going to get done. Literally the easiest, most exciting and enjoyable experience I could have asked for when finding "THE RIGHT" House. Clint was excellent to work with.We had previously worked with several ‘high powered’ realtors to market our home;none of them were as responsive or caring as Clint. Clint got the job done quickly, followed up with realtors after each showing, and was even willing to do some small repairs himself. In searching for a new home, he was completely accommodating in sending us listings and showing us homes with the specifications we were looking for. We ended up purchasing as well as selling with Clint, and are looking forward to working with him again in the future as we explore rental properties. Clint is an outstanding realtor. I randomly met him at an open house he was hosting, and just on that first interaction I knew I wanted to work with him. Even as the seller's agent in that case, he was very honest about the house highlighting the good aspects but not shying away from pointing out drawbacks and things that needed to be fixed.I worked with him over a couple of months finding my new house, and he provided excellent support and guidance throughout the whole process. I was a first time homebuyer with ZERO knowledge of the process. Clint walked me through every step with a huge amount of insight. He personally set up 10-15 different house viewings, at all different hours of the day and night. He was very accommodating to my weird schedule. He was always very excited to jump on new listings right as they came up, but was never pushy about any particular property. I wanted to wait for the perfect listing to come up and he was totally respectful and willing to wait it out with me.When we finally found the right house, he was connected with all of the right people to get me an incredibly thorough inspection, and fast quotes on repairs.I truly believe Clint has to be one of the best real estate agents in Utah! Plus, he has a cool beard.

Clint not only helped me clarify what I truly needed/wanted in a home, but then was there for every sewer scope, inspection, and meeting, even when I was at work. Buying a house, during a pandemic or otherwise, is laughably stressful. Clint was able to help us find and buy a home with no unneeded stress. There were no were games, no stretched truths, and no high pressure situations at all during the whole home buying experience. I never heard the words "you should" at all. Clint pointed out some structural issues or objective truths about houses we looked out, but he never shared an opinion (negative or positive) about anything which we loved. He helped us negotiate a very fair price for both parties. I'm also unsure if he sleeps as I don't think it ever took him more than 10 minutes to reply to a text. I couldn't recommend Clint any higher, if you want to cut the drama and just buy a house, this is your realtor.
