Courtney was our realtor when we relocated to Portland from New Jersey and bought our first home. She has without a doubt set an exceptionally high bar for our expectations of any future realtor. We had an unexpected accident within the first hour of owning our home and with no friends or family locally, she came to help with her family in tow on a Saturday afternoon without hesitation. We knew when we were ready to sell there was no question we'd partner with her again. Five years later and we have just seamlessly sold our home and are headed back to the East Coast - a long as stressful move made easy by Courtney's kindness, patience, excellent communication, and superior network and expertise. If we could transport her back to New Jersey for our next home purchase, we would in a heartbeat.

Courtney was amazing with all her help selling our mom's condo. She guided us through every step with recommendations and helpful guidance. She helped us with which things we could do to get the most value out of the sale and put us in touch with a handyman when needed. She worked with the HOA to get all the info we needed to complete the sale and had everything well organized and ready when it came time to close. All in all, I don't know what we would have done without her help.

I was very disappointed with Courtney with how she handled the negotiations for our house in SW Portland. We paid an extra $10-15k over on our house because of her lack of negotiation on our behalf, perhaps because the seller was represented by her colleague. She didn’t help us really think about the investment even though she was helping us as a relocation rep provided by our employer. We really wish we went with an alternative realtor who would’ve fought for us more.

We were recommended to work with Courtney to purchase our new home in Molalla. From the get-go Courtney was very responsive. She informed us of our options and was able to meet with me at the property for a second viewing with short notice! She was instrumental in helping us assemble our offer letter including all of the terms that were acceptable to the seller and ourselves. She helped us with transaction etiquette and ensured we stayed on schedule. Courtney arranged all of the inspections (full home, septic, well, etc.) as soon as we had an accepted offer. Overall our 2 month buying experience was free from any headaches! Courtney has her property buying process really streamlined so buyers such as ourselves are able to purchase a home with out having to worry about the negotiations and terms. We really felt as though Courtney was treating our budget as if it was her own, her recommendations were always in our best interest and we could not have asked for a better overall experience. We ended up saving 10's of thousands of dollars with her help during negotiations!

The one word I would use to describe our relationship with Courtney with is "trust". We trust Courtney's judgement and advice 100%. She is no nonsense and we trust her to tell us the truth. Courtney was an excellent resource during the sale of our home. We had an extended timeline for the sale and contacted her very early in the process. She came out to our home and consulted on upgrades we needed to make as well as giving advice on what to move out for staging. When the time came to get the home on the market she worked very hard and brought in a top notch photographer to get our home looking it's best. She dealt with my odd work schedule and coordinated visits as needed. I would highly recommend Courtney to anyone looking for a top notch realtor.
