From the very beginning Deborah was thoughtful and listened to our needs. We know she listened and cared because there was always action! Our particular transaction was rather complicated and it got pretty intense a couple of times. Deborah did an amazing job at communicating clearly with us and she was a tremendous negotiator. She is like the most honest, thoughtful, kind, and straightforward real estate agent we have ever worked with. Not on this, but after the transaction was over we accidentally had a box of diapers sent to our old address and Deborah worked with the buyer to pick up the box and shipped it back to Amazon so we weren’t charged any extra money. I’m mean talk about going out of your way. I highly and I mean HIGHLY recommend Deborah. You won’t be disappointed.

I wish I could give Klicia more than five stars. She may not have been in the business for decades but she has fabulous local knowledge and helped us through every step of buying a home. Her knowledge or neighborhoods and schools was invaluable in our search for our home. She was able to give us details about houses, neighborhoods and schools that helped us narrow our search to specific areas. She was also on top of every step of the real estate transaction offering us advice, referrals and help coordinating all of the insanity that comes with purchasing a home. I would highly recommend her!

You will be a very lucky buyer if you have Klicia help you find a home. After meeting her she somehow knew just what kind of home we were looking for. She has great negotiating skills which came in very handy when dealing with our seller who had no agent representing her. I very much appreciate that Klicia always responded quickly to my texts and went out of her way to find answers for us. We were new to the area looking for a house from 2500 miles away. Debra made time to check out houses for us and made time to tour houses with my parents who were local. She was always extremely responsive and available by phone and email. She made arrangements locally with my parents and was always extremely professional and responsive. She took our first home buying experience from 2500 miles away and made us feel like we were right there with her looking for a house. Great experience and would highly recommend her friends and family!

Skilled, knowledgeable, personable; everything you would expect from
a real estate professional. We would engage her again, unquestionably.
Her sense of humor helped us bear up under the depredations of the
annoyingly brain-dead mortgage underwriters, who couldn't seem to
interpret the most basic of figures put in front of them. And this from the
mortgage company with whom we've had an existing mortgage for 33
years without a late payment. Go figure. But we slogged through all of that bureaucratic nonsense, and we couldn't have borne it without Klicia.

I began looking into buying a home in March of 2020 when the interest rates dropped to historic lows. I found Deborah online and she promptly showed me a couple of properties. I was impressed immediately as I felt she was actively listening to my home buying needs. She also was very responsive to my questions, emails, text messages, etc.
We put in an offer on a home and Deborah negotiated very well with the other party. Our offer was accepted.
Then... BOOM!! COVID19 hit and changed everyone's lives. I work in healthcare so I was working massive OT while buying a house! Talk about stress!! Deborah Blom was there for me every step of the way. She really went above and beyond helping me with this home purchase during the pandemic. I highly recommend her for anyone's realty needs!

We cannot thank Deborah enough, we truly have no words! My fiance and I were first time home buyers, and were clueless about the process. Deborah was so patient and flexible with us as we figured out what type of house we were looking for, with the added challenge of a global pandemic.
Our situation was unique because we initially missed out on our home (6 offers!), but Deborah was so on top of it that we were first in line when the home became available again.
We don't know how to thank Deborah enough for everything she did for us. She is responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and provided us with so much needed advice and guidance.
We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area.

My wife found Deborah on Zillow. She interacted with a previous realtor but he did not take my wife serious and obviously we did not go with him. The service we received from Deborah was tippity top notch. We bombarded Deborah with a slew of questions and she was very quick to answer and was thorough. We asked to see lots of houses and were particular with what we wanted. Deborah was very prompt to show us houses and was very patient and flexible. Once we saw what we liked she helped us coordinate through the buying process, closing and utilities etc. We also got our 'we've moved' postcards due to her great service. I give Deborah my highest recommendation and will recommend her to others in the future.

Deborah is fantastic! She was always quick to respond and so helpful with any questions I had or concerns about the process. I was so worried about pretty much everything as this was my first home sale but she reassured me throughout the entire sale. She gave me great guidance on where money was best spent, have me a great plan to get my house sold and knew the market that I ended up getting over list price. I definitely recommend Deborah to anyone who is selling (or buying). She truly cares about her clients.

Deborah was a great partner throughout the house purchasing process. She was available from start to end. We bought our house sight unseen. We sent her a list of houses and she provided a virtual tour for the homes we were interested in. She was there from the start to the end. She walked us through every step of the way and kept s informed. She was always available to take my calls. She waited outside the house with us and called the mortgage company who promised to have the paperwork completed in time for the movers to get us in the house. I could not ask for anything more from her.

If you are looking for an agent in the Vancouver, Washington area, you don’t need to look any further than Deborah Blom.
Deborah was fantastic during our lengthy home search process. We were relocating from out of state, so our house hunting trips were sporadic due to our schedule. Despite our schedule, Deborah didn’t give up on us! Deborah maintained regular communication with us, quickly learned our likes and dislikes and had a genuine interest in helping us find the right home.
We decided to go with “new construction” for our Vancouver home, and Deborah remained involved even after escrow. Since we were out of state, Deborah’s assistance made the process so much less stressful. Deborah was an excellent sounding board for design ideas, sent pictures of the build progress, followed up with the builder when larger issues emerged and conducted a video conference with our electrician - preventing a lengthy trip for a 1-hour walk through appointment.
Over the years, we have worked with several agents in different states - Deborah was by far the best!! Our home was built during an exploding housing market, in which Deborah was extremely busy. Despite her busy schedule, Deborah went above and beyond to assist us - never making us feel like we were imposing. Deborah is great at her job, understands the Vancouver community extremely well and is a pleasure to work with.

As a first time buyer, I was nervous about every decision. Deborah made it so easy for me I almost can't believe I'm moving into my new home right now.
She kept me in the loop on every step in the process, answered all of my questions before I needed to ask, and explained in wonderful detail anything I was confused about.
When the deal started to go sideways, Deborah negotiated on my behalf with expertise and got me into a home that is an absolute dream. In no way could I have had as good an outcome without Deborah.

It was a great pleasure to work with Deborah Bloom. She was so helpful in making the purchase of our new home very smooth. She provide us with an excellent person who did a great job in getting our home inspected. Deborah also was a good go between us and the mortgage broker. Even after our home was purchased she went the extra mile to help us find the needed information concerning getting our home hooked up to Electric, Gas, Water, and trash. Deb was amazing to work with. She is friendly and knowledgeable and spent a generous amount of time going over our needs and wants, so that she could be efficient. We weren’t sure what to expect during Covid with such low inventory and high demand. She set accurate and honest expectations, and advised us along the way about how to be smart in a heavy seller’s market. She was always available on short notice which was extremely helpful in dealing with such a time sensitive market. When we found the one, she helped us get our very first offer accepted! We honestly expected this process to be so much more arduous and stressful, but she was on top of it from day one and now we have a home we’re in love with! 10/10 would recommend.

1st off if you want to find a home in any market it is going to be rough especially if you don't have an agent...in my situation I actually had another agent who I was suppose to work with that wasn't able to..I was referred by a friend to Deb Blom. I wish I would have had her at the beginning.
Deb is great at communicating, scheduling and working around your schedule.. To be honest she goes out of her way to help you to find what you are looking for..If you want someone that will listen to what it is you are looking for in a home and is working for you almost non-stop then Deb Blom should be your 1st and only choice. I'm sure others out there are good, but she is the best, period!
