Community Partnership
"There is nothing more rewarding in our world than a smile on a grateful child's face." That's why as Owner/Broker of Windermere Coeur d'Alene Realty, my agents, staff and myself are dedicated to serving our community. Each winter we are fortunate to provide over 700 needy local children with warm boots and socks. Throughout the year we are involved in various other community programs, such as our Community Service Day, and Christmas baskets for needy elderly. Personally, I served as a Trustee for the Coeur d’Alene Library Association for 13 years and 4 years on their board of Directors. I strongly believe in giving back to the community that has been my home and part of my success.
Dedication and Experience
Prior to becoming a non-competing Broker, I was a top-producing REALTOR for over 25 years. Because of this I have a great deal of experience to share with my agents. I am a Past President of the Coeur d’Alene Association of Realtors, and a lifetime member of the REALTOR Political Action Committee. In 1999 I was named the Idaho Association REALTOR of The Year and the Coeur d’Alene Association REALTOR of The Year. In addition, I am co-owner of Columbia Construction Company, which specializes in residential home construction, and Lifestyle Home Designs, a land development and holding company. I have been developing, designing, and building homes since 1990. This experience gives me a strong foundation to help my agents with their builder clients, developers, and new home purchasers.
