Introduction
Buying? Selling? Investing? Duke and his team have you covered!
For over 30 years, Duke has invested in both residential and commercial properties throughout Washington. In 2005 he began selling real estate and has helped hundreds of people grown their wealth and realize their real estate dreams. With over $600,000,000 in sales, he is qualified to help you manage your portfolio - whether just getting started or buying your next dream property. Duke also owns and operates two successful affiliated companies, construction, and property management, to compliment his Real Estate brokerage.
Experience
Duke is supported by a seasoned team that takes pride in protecting your interests, negotiating the best price and terms, and achieving your goals with utmost dedication, all while providing exemplary customer service. In addition to Duke, you’ll be backed by a licensed executive assistant, Kay Spading, and a buyer’s broker to ensure superior representation for your unique real estate needs.
As an experienced real estate investor himself, Duke understands the importance of finding the right property at the right price, and is attune to the current costs of repairs and property maintenance to factor in. Duke believes his role should always be of service, not sales. His style of taking an attentive, personal approach involves gaining a deep understanding of what you want upfront, keeping you fully informed throughout your sale or purchase, and carefully monitoring the transaction to ensure a trouble-free closing. Rest assured; your ROI will always be top-of-mind.
"Where lifestyles and communities intersect" is Duke's personal slogan, because to him, it's important to sell lifestyles that fit your current life cycle, rather than just homes. You will be guided through every step of the real estate process, helping to separate the emotional aspect from the practical and financial side so you can make clear, confident decisions that will positively impact your life and your future.
