My Real Estate interest began as a child while helping my father with his construction projects and observing the development of Lake CDA properties during the 1960s.  I recognized significant changes happening in North Idaho so bought my first CDA Lake property in the early 1970’s so that I wouldn’t miss what I saw as my opportunity to invest in Real Estate.  This was a major decision for a young serviceman while working in the Naval Hospital Pharmacy, Key West.  This began my Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) education which has continued to this day. 

Pharmacy and Medical Management career continued until we were recruited to join a Real Estate development project in north Florida which began my full-time employment as the project manager and Executive Director of a residential fly-in development.  In the mid 90’s we moved back to CDA to buy Delavan’s Marina in Walkers Bay and I was hired to develop and manage the CDA Airport. 20+ years later the CDA Airport is generally considered to be one of the best in the Northwest and is essentially a 1300 acre successful commercial real estate development with a transportation function.

Delavan’s Marina is now my passion with Windermere CDA Realty providing a great new home to allow me to satisfy my other passion which is helping people with their real estate needs.
