The Heidi Hurst Team did a great job with advertising and photos and the house received plenty of great offers. Heidi understood my desire to sell the home quickly and was able to deliver. I live out of state and Heidi and her team did everything they could to make selling the home easier. They went with the flow when I failed to get the house keys up to Tacoma on the day they were needed for photos. I truly appreciated the professional attitude of the Heidi Hurst Team. I can't say enough positive things about working with Heidi and Tim.
As first time home-buyers it was important for us to have a good understanding of the process we were about to begin. We knew we were in good hands right away when Heidi took the time walk us through her Buyer Journey presentation. She answered our questions for over two hours without making us feel overwhelmed.
Throughout the process Heidi and Tim were very responsive and always texted us back quickly. Once we found our house and put in an offer Heidi was an excellent negotiator and was able to get us everything we asked for and more.
Even after our closing date Heidi and Tim have been willing to contact high quality and trusted tradesmen on our behalf. They've continued to reach out and provide us with a lot of much needed advice.

Working with a professional who had expertise with the North Tacoma market and older homes was a very important factor. Heidi has a great reputation and an ease about her that makes working with her so great even through a very stressful process.

I was recommended to the Heidi Hurst Team by a family friend. My fiance and I had been working with another realtor and it wasn't going well. We didn't feel like they were listening to us on what we were looking for. Once we started working with Heidi, and team, they were very accommodating with our schedule and really listened to us. We received daily updates on listings and Heidi and Tim were always in communication with us on how we felt about the new houses. I don't think we would have gotten our new home without them! Heidi and her entire team were extremely helpful from the very beginning all the way through closing on my house. Heidi helped me tackle a major repair issue on my house that was required for home sale, by helping me make all the coordinations with the county and even helping me find the best company to complete the work for my constrained budget. I received frequent calls from her and the team on the status of my home sale and if anything was needed i was promptly notified!
