They were both responsive and supportive during the buying process. Separately, they helped me manage the sale of my mother's condo. This is the realtor you want. He's been in the business for a long time, he knows everyone in town, and he knows what he's doing. He's easy to work with, and his instincts are spot on. There are a lot of great realtors in town, but we'll never use anyone else but Jason.

My husband and I had the most amazing and least stressful experience ever buying our house with Jason. We were total novices and Jason walked us through the whole process, answered every question thoughtfully and gave excellent advice on how best to navigate the purchase. We felt really well taken care of and are so thankful that he helped make the entire experience fun and joyful. We found our perfect home and he was a big part of that. Jason worked for MANY months with us to find an investment property and that included chasing some possibilities that did not work out (thank god!). Throughout this process, Jason was game to keep moving and looking at new possibilities even after spending several months working on two possibilities resulted in no deals. The third deal we dove into was the charm. Jason is a realtor, developer, and owner of investment properties in our area which gave him far deeper knowledge to assist us in our search. I recommend him very highly.

I lived out of state when I bought my house in Bellingham. Jason was just great - sometimes we were sending emails, signing documents electronically, etc. at midnight! He is very knowledgeable about the paperwork stuff, which is very boring and *very* important. He also has great connections! I needed some construction on my property and Jason had someone there to talk to me about it within a few hours. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy property in the area.

Jason is a very knowledgeable agent, I would say he is a real estate expert in the Bellingham WA area. He was able to answer specific questions other agents were not able to help me with. I had some unique circumstances and buying my house in Bellingham my not have been possible without his help and expertise. I own several commercial properties I am impressed with his knowledge of Bellingham's rental and commercial market, how the city/county operates, and my property potential. I saw many houses with Jason and never felt rushed of pressured, and when I had a difficult question he was always able to find an answer. I made my offer, he negotiated extremely well, walked me through all the steps, and was always there to make sure it came off smoothly. I am very happy with the house I bought, and feel very secure that I had the best advice possible from Jason.

Jason did a wonderful job, particularly during negotiations. he represented both parties in the transaction ( we did not come with a buyers broker). The deal teetered on the edge a number of times, but each time Jason saved the day. He understands the closing process intimately, as well as the lender's requirements. Lastly, he has a toolkit of experienced professionals to work with him; his inspector - inside and out inspections - was great, and he also had a great guy to help estimate the cost of repairs. I recommend him highly.

Jason did a wonderful job working with us. It was our first time buying a house and he was super patient and understanding when I asked tons of questions (about price negotiation, paperwork jargon, home improvement costs,ect). He was very professional but at the same time made the whole experience fun. We will definitely use him again and would recommend him.

Jason was great all around. We worked with him to buy our fist home and I am so happy we used Jason as our realtor. He wasn't pushy at all and really wanted us to get the house we wanted and worked for us. We would email him to look at a house and he got back to us right away and got appointments set up right away. He is extremely knowledgeable in the housing market. I know if we sale a house or buy another house Jason will be the first person we talk to.

If you're moving to Bellingham to enjoy the outdoors, Jason's your agent. He's very active in supporting the WMBC and his knowledge of the local trails was invaluable. The local housing market is tight but Jason my experience was stress free thanks to Jason's professional yet laid back approach.I would highly recommend Jason, very positive experience here.
