A Park City resident since 1995, Jeff Bennett is intimately familiar with the community and its real estate. Known for his passion, enthusiasm and drive, Jeff brings local expertise and a track record of success to The Agency.

Over the course of more than two decades living and working in Park City, Jeff has witnessed tremendous growth and change in the local market and has had the opportunity to be involved in many local conversations and organizations. As a result, he offers his clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling a home. Leveraging his rich background in hospitality with his impeccable negotiating skills and extensive professional network, Jeff provides the same level of high-end, white-glove service to his clients in the world of residential real estate, developing lasting relationships that continue long after the close of escrow.

Originally from Colorado Springs, Jeff began his career in Park City at Deer Valley Club, a renowned private residence club in the heart of Deer Valley, working his way through many of the club’s operational departments. After being promoted to General Manager, he set out to earn his real estate license in an effort to service investors looking for the premium Park City lifestyle, maintaining his responsibilities as GM while facilitating sales and purchases of the club’s private luxury residences.

A former board member of Park City Chamber of Commerce and longtime member of the Park City Area Lodging Association, for which he served as President for three years, Jeff is well-versed in the issues that have challenged Park City and continues to advocate for the causes he holds dear. When he’s not representing his clients in real estate, Jeff enjoys taking advantage of all that Park City offers, playing hockey and golf, skiing, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
