Get to know John Cronkrite

John Cronkrite, Realtor is a member of  Windermere Realty, along with his wife Traci.  John is a Broker who partners with buyers and sellers of residential properties to reach their goals for finding a home that meets their dreams.  Today’s market drivers are either relocations or enabling those who have a change in life circumstances that requires a change in their housing strategy.   Change can be as simple as desire to leverage equity into a larger more comfortable home, or the result of changes in life and wanting to downsize.

John believes that a home is more than a structure.  Homebuyers and sellers all have a common set of criteria for making a change, except all of them are unique and personal to those clients, and need to be efficiently managed with quality, care and honesty. 

John is a lifelong Oregonian, who has managed to travel the world due to his executive positions with Hewlett-Packard.  He can leverage the business of the corporate world, along with scars and laughs of working with startups, how to be a professional soccer parent, and how that all becomes relevant when dealing with a challenge of selling or finding a new home. 

John is a graduate of Willamette University in Salem Oregon, with degrees in Economics and Social Science, and has participated in graduate training programs at Oregon State, University of Oregon and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.  He is a holder of 3 patents as a result of his out of the box thinking.  And  it is that type of thinking he can apply to meet your needs in real estate.
