Jonathan was an awesome agent to work with and was very supportive and responsive in helping my family and I purchase our first home. He helped us negotiate frequently with the seller and their agent and kept us consistently updated through each part of the home buying process. He was very knowledgeable and was able to work with us and answer all of the questions we had and responded quickly to any concerns we presented. He referred us to multiple businesses and personnel, which also definitely helped with the home buying process. My husband and I recently just bought our first home in the very intense West Seattle market, we were lucky enough to find Johnathan and Alexis to work with! This was our first home purchase and it just happens to be a sellers market, so needless to say we looked at a lot of homes. Alexis and Johnathan were always available to drive out to West Seattle to show us as many homes as we could handle. They always made time for us and responded to every text, call and email we sent! After our first offer was beat out, they helped keep our heads help high, reminding us that the right house will come - then it did. Our home had only been on the market for 3 hours when we looked at it and the seller wasn't reviewing offers but instead viewing them first come first serve. Boy did everyone move fast, Alexis drove home that night to put our offer together and submitted to the seller by 7 am the next morning! We were able to beat out 3 higher offers because of this speed and determination on Alexis and Johnathan's part.On top of the excellent service of Alexis and Johnathan, all other people they put us in contact with were amazing! We truly had an amazing experience as a first time home buyer which is rare for the insane Seattle market place - we will recommend this team to anyone buying!

Jonathan helped us negotiate our first residence when we moved to Bellevue from the Midwest several years ago. He was the property manager for the rental we moved into. He was so helpful and courteous and fair to us, even though his professional interests in that role lay with his employer, our landlord. I decided then to keep tabs on him so we could work together for any future house hunting.

Last year we finally purchased a home, and as planned, we contacted Jonathan. The experience was simply perfect. He's an exceptional people-person, and you can feel it; he really dialed into what we were looking for, and perhaps even had a better feel than we did for what we wanted. His patience never flagged through a couple of weeks and dozens of viewings. His geographic knowledge is complete and he even has a sense of the community cultures of the neighborhoods we looked at. His skill at the real estate process is thorough and confident. He also has a network of vetted professionals to recommend for all things related to house purchasing and moving.

I had worked with a couple of other agents before Jonathan. Service is important to me. When I met Jonathan, he was professional, engaging and responsive. As we started looking at homes, he typically had all the answers, but was quick to get more information when my question needed research. He even got bids for an elevator I wanted to add to a property within 48 hours. This was impressive. I'm a very busy professional with little time for details. Jonathan is one of a kind, there's no one like him. My husband, newborn daughter, 90lb dog and I needed to find a home for our growing family! Jonathan not only sold our condo at the highest value when condo market was at its lowest, he sold it within two weeks! Now finding a home that would suit the needs of the four of us plus grandparents seemed nearly impossible! My husband and I took him off track quite a few times.
