Background
After growing up in Southern California for the first 18 years of her life, Kate moved to Seattle in 2014 to attend the University of Washington. She lived in Seattle for 7 years, and then she moved to the suburbs of Maple Valley to start the next chapter of life. She went through the process of purchasing a home in Seattle in 2019, and again with her significant other in Maple Valley in 2021, which sparked a passion for Kate. With an educational & work background in political science & the legal field, Kate decided to shift gears to a career in Real Estate, taking her interest in contracts and negotiation with her. She started working for a Seattle townhouse developer while studying for her real estate exam in August 2021. She obtained her Real Estate Brokers License in March 2022, and eventually left her job with the developer in November 2022, when she decided to pursue her career as a full-time Real Estate Agent.
