Over the years, we have bought and sold over a dozen single family homes in four states (CA, VA, NY, and OR, although principally in Oregon), both as our residences and as investment properties. Kathy was physically present for the entire duration of every occasion in which the sale of our home was involved, including even our signing of the papers for our most recent sale.
