Thinking of Selling?

Your home can, and will, sell if correctly priced and marketed. Currently, we are seeing more inventory on the market in my areas of speciality. About 40% of the sellers have been getting quick sales (4 to 10 days on market) with 100% list to sold price, about 25% have been getting multiple offers with most of those ending over the asking price, and the rest of sellers have seen longer market times of 45-90 days on market with some reduction in asking price. It is very important to have the home properly prepared for the next owner along with doing 100% marketing efforts as the home goes on the market. I learn what my buyers are looking for, we make adjustments along the way, and together I help buyers find the right house. While in general home prices have risen over the last year, there are many exceptions, with longer times on market bringing the best pricing deals. There are many different pockets of inventory in diverse neighborhoods to choose from, but it's still important, if the right house appears, to move quickly. Interests

I live in or around the areas I work, and I love all the activities so close by. Hiking, biking, walking, snow and water skiing are all around. Also pools, community centers with classes and athletic clubs. The Issaquah, Bellevue and Tahoma school districts are very well known, and the areas are a great mix of rural properties, homes with quarter +/- acres, and community-based developments.
