Kim was amazing at selling my house and coaching me on what really needed to be done to get the best price! She helped me figure out what projects would get the most return on my investment, was flexible with me working full time and having only weekends to do big projects, had good referrals for painters, stagers,cleaners, garage door repairman, etc. and was always available for a quick call or text. I’ve known Kim for years and I trust her completely! She was always so kind to my family and fur babies throughout the process too.
