• I have worked in the building industry and new home construction and sales for over 22 years.

• Kirk has lived in Central Oregon since 1977 and has been an active member of this spectacular community. Kirk was with the Inn of the Seventh Mountain resort for 20 years where I learned my strong work ethic and love for providing the highest quality customer relationships possible. After being the Director or Recreation and The Director of Operations at the Seventh Mountain Resort, I moved into sales with Northwest Mutal Life Insurance, the building world with Mountain View Heating and then Adair Homes, Inc. where I was the Construction Manager, Sales Specialist and Branch Manager.

• Kirk was the Construction Superintendant, Branch Manager and Home Ownership Counselor with Adair Homes from 2000 until 2014. With Adair Homes,  I learned proper construction practices for new home construction and the finer aspects of selling residential real estate.

• In 2014 I received my Real Estate Brokers license in the State of Oregon and began a wonderful career in assisting clients in the art of selling and purchasing Residential Real Estate Properties.  

• Over the past 22 years I have acquired Advanced Certification and Designations to better counsel and assist my clients in purchasing homes as an Accredited Buyer's Representative, in selling my clients homes as a Sellers Representative Specialist, to aid seniors in buying and selling their properties as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, in negotiating the best way possible as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert and in selling and buying Luxury Homes as an Accedited Luxury Homes Specialist.
