Kurt by far exceeded our expectations and we absolutely enjoyed our experience purchasing our first home with him. He drove all the way to us and we looked in several areas as we hadn't yet decided where we wanted to live. He's patient, kind, understanding, and always got back to us asap. He is incredibly realistic and outlined our options clearly for us. I tell everyone I know interested in buying real estate that Kurt is amazing and to go with him. If ever we are in a position where we want to sell and buy again I have no hesitations in calling him!

We have worked with Kurt Swanson in both the sale and the purchase of a home. He has always been responsive and available to help us in a variety of situations. Kurt is knowledgable about the market and skillful at negotiating both the buying and selling of properties. He advised us how to prepare our home for quick sale. Years later when we returned to the area, he helped us find a new home. We appreciated that he got to know our likes, dislikes, 'must haves' and our 'negotiables'. Kurt is a man of integrity. He can be trusted to walk prospective home owners through big decisions with wisdom, sensitivity and patience. Kurt is a lifelong resident of Whatcom County. He knows the area extremely well and has great connections with realtors and 'others' all over the county. He takes the time to figure out what we were looking for and found suitable homes for us to investigate. Kurt has a very fast response time and works tirelessly to find just the right home. We bought a home through him and we also sold a home through him at roughly the same time. I recommend him regularly to friends and family that are looking in the area. He is a pro!

Brad was extremely responsive to any request that I had. He was very quick to alert me to any new houses that had been put on the market or to respond to any questions that I had (This was my first house buying experience, so I had a lot of them). Brad was very patient with me, and good about showing me any house that I wanted to see in a timely manner. I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy about getting a sale, but instead he seemed to honestly desire to find the right house for my needs and in my price range. <br/><br/>Brad was not only helpful when it came to finding the right house, but he was also very informative during the closing period. He helped me through the complete transaction as well as setting up my house with utilities and such. <br/><br/>I will definitely talk to Brad for any future real estate needs and I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

Brad was amazing. Brought us four offers the day we listed. The house failed inspection because of significant foundation issues. Brad found us a great contractor with experience in this area who did quick and reasonable work. In fact, as an example of how he goes the extra mile, Brad went through the bid that was sent to me (without any expectation that he would) and clarified some items I had missed completely. He then found a buyer at a higher price that allowed us to recoup some of the costs for foundation repair. Funny, honest, incredibly diligent, great follow through and an ability to be direct and honest without ever feeling pushy. A problem solver and a calm, wise advisor. I enthusiastically recommend him to anyone needing an agent.

My husband and I recently purchased our first home with Kurt's help. We found Kurt listened well to our priorities, 'must-haves', and 'can't-stands' in a home (and there was a rather long list!) and was able to help us find a home fairly quickly, even in today's competitive market. He was also very responsive to our questions and the negotiation went smoothly. I would highly recommend Kurt.

Excellent expirence with Brad in buying our first home. He was very patient with us as we serched for over a year and was quote responsive to anything we needed. His extensive network within Whatcom county allows him to know a good deal more (or find out about) than a real estate professional should with only 2 years expirence. He has a calm demenor which allows for you to think and not feel pressured and he has a way of helping to lessen the stress of a situation. We would highly recomend him to others.

This is the 7th home I've sold around the country in 40 years and the 2nd one with Kurt. He sold my first Bellingham home 14 years ago. I was so impressed with him that, when I moved back to Bellingham and then needed to sell this home, there is no Realtor I'd call but him. He sold this home in 6 wks.' time - and at full price (again). Kurt first impressed me in 2001 because of his honesty. He advised me of a County requirement that would cost me money; neither of the other 2 experienced Realtors I interviewed felt the need to tell me. Along with his impressive knowledge of the market and general expertise, Kurt is extremely personable, kind and thoughtful. He's informative, helpful and available, and truly dedicated to his clients. He goes above and beyond all expectations. And, of course, his assistants are well trained, knowledgeable people who reflect his values. I cannot praise this man enough. Obviously, I consider Kurt extraordinary and I highly recommend him.

Brad showed us a number of lots and existing homes, and did research for us several times regarding available inventory and prices.Their approach was typically 'whatever you want' and they did not try to talk us out of any ideas, no matter how far fetched they may have been.

Stop Right Now! Look No Further. You Have Found Your New Realtor. Brad Howell did a masterful job managing not only the sale of our house, but the entire process of getting it fixed up to sell. When we found the last renter we had left our cute rental house in very poor condition, Brad led the charge to get it brought back to 'cute'. The house never made it to listing! Sold! He knows the market, he knows the area, he knows people, he knows how to get the right house in front of the right people... He knows.

Brad assisted us in getting a home that was not even listed officially yet. It was a 'make me move' listing and we probably would not have gotten it had he not taken the initiative and helped us contact the owner. Brad is a wonderful person and I truly enjoyed working with him on our house deal. He responded very quickly to all my concerns and I was never left feeling like I could not get ahold of him. He helped us navigate through all the negotiations, inspections, closing and other parts of the deal. He and his real estate partner Kurt Swanson sold our old home with great success.
