Lavita came through time and again. Explained everything completely and when an inspection found roof problems, Lavita resolved the issue quickly and negotiated roof replacement payment as part of closing costs. I will never speak ill of realtors ever again and will forcefully defend realty agents from any negative comments I ever hear.
