Len Blackstone is a residential and commercial real estate broker and developer, business entrepreneur, and management consultant. He has lived in Lane County since 1978.

After decades as a strategic marketing consultant for multi-billion-dollar companies across the country, Len asked, “How can I help my community?” It was 2017, and the answer to that question led him down unexpected paths.

In prior years, Len helped start and build an advertising agency which, after his 17-year tenure, had garnered multiple Fortune 500 clients. Then in 2001, he launched a strategy consulting firm, advising large and small organizations as well as startups. But after decades helping build clients’ businesses, Len wondered how he could apply his expertise to help his own community.

So, in 2017, Len began focusing on commercial real estate and then expanded into residential. He loves helping people find their perfect place to grow. He and his wife, Deb, have been married for over 50 years, have two grown daughters, and two grandchildren.
