Showing homes to buyers, working through the process of a successful negotiation to purchase, inspections and the final closing and handing the keys to a new homeowner is fulfilling. Marketing a home for a seller is a special challenge that I also enjoy. Assisting the seller in the transition of selling their home and guiding them through the process of staging a home for sale, and marketing it to a target market is crucial.
