Professional

My goal is to always exceed your expectations, every step of the way, through honest and straightforward communication, attention to detail and sound advice. As a licensed attorney, I have an in depth understanding of real estate transactions. I have spent the past decade working in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. Whether you are ready to purchase your first home, making a 1031 investment property exchange or looking for a better fit for your family, I have a reputation for providing exceptional services and results.

Career History

Prior to becoming a broker I provided legal representation to underrepresented communities through the Northwest Justice Project and Northwest Immigrant Rights Project. As a practicing attorney I honed my negotiation skills and attention to detail with an emphasis in ensuring that my clients received services that went above and beyond their expectations.

I developed my passion for real estate in my twenties when my husband and I bought our first home on Phinney Ridge. Since then, I have purchased, remodeled and sold several homes over the past decade. I continue to own and manage rental properties in the Seattle area. In addition, I own commercial property in Seattle and have negotiated commercial sales, leases and development agreements.

Philosophy

My goal is to look out for your best interests and build our community. My relationships are my greatest accomplishment and the foundation of those relationships is trust. I pride myself in setting realistic expectations, being a clear and consistent communicator, while smiling and making a somewhat stressful experience as enjoyable as possible. The Seattle real estate market is complex and my commitment to you is to always have your best interests at heart. I also just really love real estate and I want look forward to sharing this journey with you.

Personal

My husband and I live in Broadview with our three young children, two cats and a dog. I was born in Seattle and feel an immense responsibility to be active and learning in our local and global community. As a mom, I am involved in schools, extracurricular activities and social justice education. When I am away from the office, you can find me camping in the PNW, working in my garden, dragging my children through the woods, cooking, reading, exercising and hanging out with people I love.
