BORN AND RAISED IN SEATTLE AND IN REAL ESTATE
Born and raised in the Northwest real estate industry, Maria comes from a family background with Windermere that spans decades. From the economic downturns to the fastest growing city in the nation to the subtle and not-so-subtle changes happening in Seattle neighborhoods, Maria has experienced it all as a local, a Realtor, and as part of the family of Windermere Real Estate owners. She is a Seattle native, UW graduate, and has lived all over the beautiful city of Seattle. Outside of real estate, her passions include design, cooking, gardening, goldsmithing, traveling, and is always on the look out for the next home remodel project with her husband- a local General Contractor. Currently they are building a new construction home in the Phinney Ridge Neighborhood.
