Being a first time homebuyer and a young adult myself I had so many questions for Nick! He comes with a knowledgable response at any time of the day or evening. I was seeking a USDA loan for my first house and sent Nick hundreds of possibilities throughout the process. He was always helpful in clearly defining houses that USDA would approve and knowledgable enough to know which houses were not priced reasonably. Nick has been great! We started working with him when he was at Keller Williams in UP but at the time we were not fully ready to commit. This was only a short time and he had moved onto Windermere in Gig Harbor. In that short time Nick has become so knowledgeable and honestly has been the best choice for my family to help us buy our new home. We are just days from closing but I know he's going to handle all the little bumps that come with the final count down. If I had to do it all over again you better believe I'd have Nick in my corner again and again.
