Nicole grew up in Spokane, Washington and graduated from Western Washington University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Marketing and a minor in Communications .

Nicole started her real estate career in 2014 as the Office Manager for the Bellevue West branch of Windermere Real Estate/East, Inc.

Nicole was promoted after 2 years as Office Manager to serve as the Director of Broker Services overseeing all front office staff for every Windermere office on the Eastside. While serving as Director of Broker Services, Nicole created a comprehensive training manual for new and existing staff which is still in place today. Nicole was also part of the team that implemented Windermere’s high end property campaigns such as Luxury Portfolio, Premier Properties and The W Collection.

Nicole has processed hundreds of real estate transactions and has extensive experience working in all facets of real estate-title, escrow and mortgage.

Nicole’s current position is Marketing/Communications Director for David Eastern. She is laser focused on assisting David on everything from transaction coordination to marketing efforts in every medium. She excels at keeping all parties informed and on-track from the beginning of the transaction to its successful close. Nicole’s excellent communication skills, eagerness to help and diligence make her a great resource for our clients.
