Nicole is a fantastic realtor. She has help me throughout the years. I knew that when I was ready to sell our family home, she’d be the one I’d call. Nicole met with me and explained the whole process. We decided together best timing to list and then created a timeline of hinges I needed to accomplish prior to listing. Nicole is very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. She knows the Eastside, especially Kirkland and knows many of the other realtors in the area and reaches out to each after touring the house with clients. Nicole is the best! I highly recommend her.

I have worked with Nicole on the purchase of my very first condo a few years back. She was so incredibly helpful and fed me lots of knowledge on how the process works from start to finish. That along with many other reasons I asked her to help me sell that condo and help me purchase my first house. She knows the market very well and really took the time to ask questions so she knew exactly what I wanted/needed in my next home. Some of the things I didn’t realize were non negotiable things until she asked all those questions. We found our dream house and her strategy with negotiations were smart and spot on! Nicole is simply amazing. Our family is a forever fan; both as our friend and our agent. We made a big move with two small children from the south end to the east side. When we decided to list our Portsmith Condominium, there was absolutely no question as to who we would retain to represent us. Nicole had managed our purchase eight years prior and had done a masterful job. When we first met regarding our sale, Nicole presented an assessment and listing strategy which was based on her vast knowllege of the Kirkland market. When we decided to move forward with our sale four months later, everything Nicole had presented came to fruition down to and including the value established and eventual sales price. We listed on Wednesday afternoon and two days later by Friday evening we had three offers. One offer at the asking price and two over. We ended up receiving 11.4 percent over the asking price which comported to her strategy presented four months earlier. Nicole is extremely competent, professional and is truly dedicated to achieving best outcomes for clients. We could not recommend her more highly.
