Pam is a born and bred, dyed in the wool, Washington native—boasting a rich Pacific Northwest heritage going back four generations. She’s been married 21 years, raising 3 boys and now enjoying time spent with her 2 grand daughters. She is community minded, having worked with Habitat for Humanity volunteering for the Long Beach cleanup and beautification project. Downtime means getting back to nature and enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer like camping, hiking, and skiing.
As one of seven siblings, Pam is no stranger to the process of negotiation—a must needed skill for any real estate broker. She spent 21 years in the hospitality industry learning what it means to “build to serve”. As a broker, Pam is a certified mentor and assists up and coming real estate agents. She holds a seat on the Washington state Form Committee, and is a certified HUD, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac foreclosure broker.
As a broker, Pam averages an amazing 30-50 houses sold per year. These high volume sales numbers have put her into the “multi-million dollar producer” category for a total of 8 of the 12 years she’s been licensed.
