Phillipa came to Windermere Yarrow Bay from a varied and international background.

Born in New Zealand, Phillipa had an international corporate career for 10 years, based in NZ, the U.K. and Michigan. Rather than take a promotion offered her in Brussels, Belgium, and continue up the corporate ladder, Phillipa decided to leave her global role behind and move to Hawaii to follow her dream to swim with dolphins and whales. She was a business owner in Hawaii for 10 years, founding a wild dolphin swim business, catering to the luxury market; in addition to co-founding a luxury property management, real estate and vacation rental business.

Phillipa has been licensed in Hawaii since 2007, and since 2015 in Washington state. Anyone that knows Phillipa, knows that she loves houses, people and interior design/staging! Her passion area is the waterfront luxury home market, but is equally as happy to work with buyers and sellers off the water. Nothing is more gratifying to her than listening to her clients' needs, and understanding their real estate hopes & dreams, and helping them find their dream home or get the best deal for their property.
