Every step along the way she anticipates what options are available and presents them in an easy to understand way, guiding you through the process. Portia's level of service is beyond reproach. I can't recall working with a Real Estate professional that not only knows the technical side, but also provides top of class service.UPDATE: (on my follow up purchase)Portia did another outstanding job for me! When I called her up to inquire about a purchase she knew so much about the local market, but I also found out she is extremely well versed in the entire Puget Sound market! Portia was a fantastic relator to work with. She is very passionate about helping her clients find the perfect home, and no quirky "must-have" requirements for the perfect house are too much. Nearly every house tour we went on, my husband and I had to bring our two kids 10 & 6, and Portia was a dream relator and was always patient and helped entertain our lil'monkeys so my husband and I could focus on the details of the home. This was our first time purchasing a home, and Portia was extremely helpful teaching us what to expect in the purchase process and answering any questions we had. We plan to only work with Portia for any future home purchases, she was the very best!

In short, she is always available, even handled a minor crisis for us while on vacation in Mexico, she has a strong network of contractors to help with whatever is needed, and she is very hard-working... she's not an agent that just lists houses. If you're buying, she's meeting you any time at any house; if you're listing, she's working open houses day and night... she doesn't stop! Additionally, because of her deep knowledge and experience over many years in the industry, she is a fantastic negotiator... there's nothing she has not encountered.I highly recommend Portia as an outstanding agent!

I chose Portia because of her reputation as a tireless and honest agent. She guided my brother and me through the process of selling my mother’s house. Portia recommended just the right updates that would showcase the house in the very best way, emphasizing the potential as a home for a young family. She is connected to an army of contractors, cleaners, stagers, and gardeners, all of whom did great work. Organizing a project like this was a big job, but she kept up with a complicated calendar, and gently urged us forward when my procrastination threatened to take over. Although the real estate market was taking a nosedive just as we listed the house, the sale was very satisfactory and the house ended up with just the right people.

She was very knowledgable, enthusiastic and willing to search a broad area to find a home that fulfilled our needs and liking.
