While I like listing homes, I particularly enjoy assisting homebuyers. Whether you're relocating, upgrading, or buying your first home, I enjoy the process of helping a buyer determine which areas to consider, what type of home is best, what amenities you need, and ultimately finding you a great value that you love.

I'm good at listening to what you want in a home and assisting you throughout the process.

I'm known as a straight-shooter, and I distinguish myself from most real estate agents by my ability to assess the systems of the house (water, electrical, roof, foundation, etc). Having overseen several high-end historic remodels, I can notice potential problems so you not only find the right house, but the right house that's in solid condition.

Specializing in Seattle homes

Many realtors run all over the Puget Sound. I focus exclusively in Seattle properties. This allows me to intimately know the market and neighborhoods of the Emerald City.

I’ve lived in Seattle and the Pacific Northwest since 1996, specifically in the Capitol Hill, Green Lake, and Wallingford neighborhoods. I know these and other close-in Seattle areas intimately, and as an active community member I've developed strong relationships in these communities.

I decided to become a full-time real estate agent because I’m passionate about finding high-quality homes at a good price for individuals and families who are interested in making Seattle their home too.

Giving back to the community

I am active and enjoy giving back to the community, serving over the years as a Board Member for a number of local Seattle and NW non-profit organizations, community and neighborhood organizations.

I am an avid supporter of green building and sustainability and have my Earth Advantage Green Realtor Certification, in addition to living green daily.

I also give back to the community by donating 1% of my commission to the charity of your choice.
