As a Seattle native, Stacy specializes in residential real estate in the Greater Seattle area, utilizing her understanding of the nuances of each different community to offer expert guidance.

Stacy has worked closely with her builder husband in assisting with new construction projects which has given her a tremendous amount of knowledge when it comes to permitting, design and remodeling. Her clients find this knowledge invaluable when dreaming of remodel potential for their new home!

Prior to launching her career in real estate, Stacy graduated with a degree in Psychology from the University of Puget Sound. She found herself drawn to the excitement of working an internet startup, advancing her way up and taking on the company’s most major clients. From there she branched out on her own starting her own consulting company that she successfully ran for over 10 years, consulting with the top media companies in the United States. 

In Stacy's spare time she can be often found stomping in puddles with her 4 and 1 year old girls, road tripping around the Pacific Northwest in search of adventure, and spending time at their cabin in the San Juan Islands.
