Stellar experience working with Stephanie!!! Stephanie is diligent and persistent. She was so helpful with every single detail of my first house purchase! There were many roadblocks on the financing part of my journey, and Stephanie suggested writing the seller a letter regarding my circumstances. My seller was responsive and gracious allowing my financing to come through weeks after our closing date. Stephanie's thoughtful thinking helped secure the purchase of my fist house. I couldn't have done any of this without her - she was a great support on a major life change. Her wisdom and knowledge of the industry proved beneficial in providing excellent customer service in my house purchase. Her graciousness and kindness proved pivotal in interacting with the seller and sellers agents aiding us favor during the transaction. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone and everyone. I concur with everything previous reviewers have said about Stephanie. I would also like to add that I think it is a rare thing to find, in this business especially, someone who cares more for their client, than for the sale. Never once did I feel pressured into making an offer on a house that I didn't feel sure about, never once did she make me feel uncomfortable for being 'picky' or indecisive (and I am both of those things!). At the same time she was always honest with me about my expectations and my budget. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Stephanie. She holds herself to a higher professional and moral standard than many in her line of work.

We were in the market for a home for our groaning family, and we knew Stephanie but did not know the extent of her real estate knowledge. We decided to give her a try as we looked around for our first home.
I can definitely say she was a rockstar from day 1. She was informed and not pushy. She is a kind mannered spirit, but firm in her convictions and her abilities shine during the home buying process.
It is very important to me that someone listens to our exact needs when looking for something like a home (I am very particular) and then takes actions based on those parameters. Stephanie did exactly that and I plan to use here as long as we live in the area.

We had a great experience working with Stephanie. When we were buying, it was hard to find a house we liked, in our price range, in the area we wanted. Stephanie was very responsive, kept searching for properties, I didn't have to follow up with her she would contact me with proposed properties and times to view them. I really appreciated that. When we did find the house we wanted to buy she worked with us through the whole process, helped us get the best price and told us about programs to assist with down payments, etc for first time home buyers that we wouldn't have been aware of otherwise. We were even on vacation when the offer was countered and we had to respond within a certain timeline and she worked whatever hours needed to get a hold of us and let us know what was going on, and provide guidance on next steps. She was transparent through the process as well and never tired of our many questions!

We were referred to Stephanie by several people in our North Tacoma neighborhood. So glad that we went with her! We had planned to buy the house we were renting, but the owners were asking too much, and we totally changed our plan. Stephanie was able to get us looking at other homes right away and had an offer on a beautiful house just a couple days after changing our minds. She was flexible, caring, helpful and just all around awesome.

When I worked with Stephanie years ago to purchase my home I was completely cared for every step of the way. I knew very little of purchasing a home so I needed someone to root for me, my needs and my budget. Her bottom line is making sure her client is taken care of with complete integrity. She would even help redirect me when I was considering properties that were outside of what I could afford or what I made clear weren't what I really would have wanted. Her bottom line is not to make the sale but to serve all who are involved...which is what brings about the right sale. Stephanie truely found us a place to call home. With all of the listings online, I pictured my husband and I finding our house that way, and Stephanie being there to show us. Every house we looked at that was our pick was horrible and we were never in longer than a few minutes. Stephanie found gems in our price range that were affordable and had the essentials as first time home buyers we didn't even know to look for. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgable. We couldn't have done it without her!

Stephanie was instrumental in selling my house. I didn't really know what I needed to do to get it market ready, but she came in and really made a huge difference. She staged the house and suggested some needed upkeep that I hadn't thought of The sale happened much faster than expected and sold for more than I asked because of her skill and hard work!

Stephanie is an incredible realtor. As a first time homebuyer I was intimidated by the whole process going into it. She was incredibly helpful every step of the way and made the experience an easy and enjoyable one. Her knowledge of the Tacoma area and its home market was extensive and she was able to find the right house for me very quickly. She really cared about me as a person first and foremost and it never felt like she was just trying to make a sale. It's obvious that Stephanie wants what is best for her clients and will do whatever she can to help them find the perfect home. She was able to get the house for less then the sellers asking price and she also negotiated a brand-new sewer line which saved me over $8,000! I worked with Stephanie to help her spruce up and stage a property in North Tacoma. The listing had sat for two months on the market with no offers before Stephanie came along. Stephanie recognized the great potential in the older but classic home, and after we staged and relisted the property it received an offer and was sold within a month. I am a single woman under 40 years old and I just bought my first house with the help of Stephanie. I honestly can't even begin to express my gratitude to her. My family is in Minnesota so I'm doing this all on my own and Stephanie was a solid rock for me to lean on. She went so far above her requirements as a realtor on numerous occasions to make sure I was happy and taken care of. She was very thorough when looking at houses and was like my personal little inspector. When I found 'the one' we jumped on it and my offer was accepted right away. When I had difficulties with my loan agent, she fought for me and got things done. She was my momma bear, my inspector, my encouragement, and my rock to lean on. After I 'fired' my first realtor for not giving me any attention and not taking me seriously, Stephanie was a godsend. Stephanie beautifully staged our home and read the market to set the price. Stephanie went the extra mile to help get our home ready. Great suggestions for improvements and cosmetic upgrades but we never felt pushed to do anything we didn't want to. We had many offers to choose from in just a week's time. Due to my geographic location, I was physically unable to be in Tacoma for a home search. On my behalf, Stephanie visited properties sending additional pictures and narrating video allowing me to make well informed decisions. She even went out of her way to hold on to the keys of the house because I was gone when we closed on the property.

It took us a couple trials runs to get to Stephanie. We crossed paths at an Open House and instantly felt a level of comfort and understanding with her in just a few short discussions. Our decision to work with her was proven correct over and over, as she understood what we were searching for and zeroed in on the types of homes and neighborhoods we were interested in. Stephanie was introduced to us by a couple we were staying with in Tacoma, my husband and I were visiting for only a week but Stephanie made all the time for us as we were only in town for a short time and resided in Maryland. Buying a house for the first time is already a stressful thing but buying out of state was even harder. Stephanie went above and beyond helping us with our search and showing us the town along with amazing houses. As first time home buyers we didn't know much but Stephanie answered all our questions. When it came to finally putting in an offer she took the reigns and got us our dream home! If you live in Tacoma you know it's very hard to get a house here but Stephanie was able to get it for us on our first try. Stephanie not only helped us get our house but she was very involved after we flew back to Maryland. Stephanie went and checked on our house since we weren't able to, she dealt with our very difficult sellers and she made sure to update us with videos and pictures. Stephanie got us our dream home and I can honestly say we also got her as our dream realtor.

I can't say enough positive things about Stephanie Spiro and her team at Windermere Adobe. As first-time home buyers, we were a bit overwhelmed by the housing market and process of obtaining a home that would be the right fit. By the end of it, we not only had our dream home, but we felt as though we were making well informed decisions about how to go about bidding on and obtaining that home.
