About Me
Stephanie has lived in the Pacific Northwest for most of her life, and in Northeast Seattle for over 20 years. She has a degree in Economics from the University of Washington, and aside from real estate, has worked in banking, real estate investment and management, and special needs education. She is an active volunteer at Wedgwood Elementary, Meadowbrook Community Care, and as a local Girl Scout troop leader. Stephanie and her two kids (aged 11 and 13) make their home in the Wedgwood neighborhood, and are kept on their toes by two rambunctious kittens. She enjoys running, camping, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
Aside from her experience with Windermere, Stephanie has extensive experience in buying, renovating, and managing properties. This active involvement in the real estate industry has given her a unique and comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market, the structure and systems of a home, and home renovations for resale and increased value; all of which are key aspects of buying or selling a property.
Stephanie’s experience in real estate, her in-depth area knowledge, and the joy she finds in helping people have made a career in real estate a natural fit. She understands that finding or selling a home can be a nerve wracking decision, and she strives to create an environment where all questions are welcome, and her clients always feel they are being heard. Her goal is to build long-lasting client relationships by providing individualized services and insights that will enable her clients to make real estate decisions that best fit their personal needs. Stephanie delights in helping people find homes they truly love, and her clients are impressed with her patience, dedication, hard work, and responsive communication.
“I not only look forward to helping you buy or sell your home, but to making the entire process as enjoyable, empowering, and stress-free as possible.”
