Sue Caicedo

A love of family and Oregon has drawn me back to the state where I was born.  Hiking and skiing are passions that I easily indulge in while living in the Portland area.  My move to the Tigard from Colorado has brought me back home.  I was born and raised in Central Oregon. 

Being a military wife for 15 years and moving every 3 years has given me a very good perspective on buying a home.  Moving to Portland and buying a home as a single woman opened my eyes to some of the problems a single person navigating the real estate market alone can have.

I have worked in real estate since 1996.  I started as an assistant and worked into office management.  In 2000 I started my own independent business as a real estate assistant.  After working with up to 25 brokers over a 7 year period, I decided in 2007 to obtain my real estate Broker’s license and put all this experience to work for me. 

This diverse experience has given me the unique background and ability to empathize with my clients and to understand a transaction from beginning to end. 

As a Realtor, I am a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and adhere to their standards of ethics and business practice.  I have completed certification as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert. 

My Mission is to build my business and my reputation upon the foundation of knowledge, honesty, integrity and dedicated loyal service to my clients.  I work consistently toward long term relationships as a real estate professional that will build a tradition of trust.  This tradition will be built within a framework of laughter and enjoying every moment of life to its fullest.
