Susan went above and beyond when it came to selling our condo. She is knowledgable about the Bellevue area, provided excellent resources and guidelines for setting a price, and had contractors, painters, locksmiths, etc. at the ready as we prepared the unit for sale. She works with a phenomenal stager and photographer and the listing was beautifully done. Her communication was impeccable and she provided timely updates when the unit was viewed and followed up with the buyers' agents and solicited their feedback on the unit. She would also check on the unit before a showing (turned on lights, making sure everything was tidy, etc.) and, as the unit neared the closing date, went over to make sure things were cleaned up after the staging was removed and ensured the yard was trimmed, floor was swept, etc. Her hard work, dedication, and investment in selling the property was unmatched, and she provided valuable feedback, recommendations, and talked us through the closing and escrow process. Above all, she is an experienced realtor who knows how to negotiate, knows the key players in the industry, and can make things happen. She's a straight shooter who makes communication clear and easy, and is always available when needed. Any buyer/seller would be lucky to work with her!

I loved working with Susan. I felt so cared for and considered, and she was super patient as I looked around a LOT in the beginning and then narrowed down my choices. I got stressed at times knowing the Seattle market is so competitive, but Susan made sure I never thought about just "settling" and was so optimistic that we'd find exactly what I was looking for....and she was right! We did! She was super savvy about the market and gave great advice, and I always felt like I had someone who was truly on my side during the whole process, not just someone who was looking to sell me on something. She was never dismissive of the properties we looked at, like I saw with several other realtors at open houses or on tours. She gave reasonable consideration to properties - seeing the good, not just the bad...but also the downsides before I got just carried away with something because I liked one feature.
