My Experience and Philosophy
I am a full time professional in a challenging profession that I love and enjoy. My goal since day one was to deliver extraordinary service resulting in clients for life. I'm truly thankful and blessed that I am able to thrive in this business due to my past clients who continuously refer their friends and family to me. All of the clients, brokers, contractors, escrow and title reps that I do business with are treated with respect, patience, honesty and integrity.
In 1982, I started my career in the real estate industry working for various brokers and builders as a receptionist on up to sales and marketing assistant for a large builder in Bellevue. In 1993, I joined Windermere Real Estate in Monroe as a newly licensed real estate broker. In January of 2024, Windermere in Monroe closed their doors. I'm excited to announce that I am now a broker at the Windermere in Snohomish which allows me the continued support of a top level company and the tools necessary to continue to offer top knotch service to my clients.
Learning from the bottom up has enabled me to understand every aspect of my profession. Always patient, professional, honest and fair with every client and broker that I do business with has generated a 75% referral-based business for me. I believe what I practice... Treat others as you would expect to be treated and what goes around comes around.
Home Sellers
The most important decision a home seller will make in the home selling process is choosing the right broker to represent them in the sale of their largest asset. It can be the difference between a happy and exciting experience that nets them top dollar for their home versus a long, painful experience that leaves their hard-earned money on the table. It's all about representation. I am all in for you. I take my position seriously and always try to do my best to represent my clients' best interests.
My goal as a listing broker is to net my seller client the most of money possible while making the selling process as easy and stress free as possible. Since 1993, I've experienced just about every situation you could imagine. From these experiences, I have developed a way of selling homes that streamlines the sale of my listings from available to sold quickly, efficiently and for top dollar. I WORK DIFFERENTLY THAN MOST REAL ESTATE BROKERS. My seller clients and buyer's brokers are loving this new business model!
With every interview, I provide a Seller Guide outlining my listing and sale process, my list versus sales price statistics, my education, resume, past sales and client reviews. It's important to me that what I say and do are verified by data. For every seller client, I offer complimentary home staging and professional photos including aerial photography (on acreage properties), as a courtesy for listing your home with me.
Home Buyers
The most important decision a buyer will make in the home buying process is choosing the right Broker to represent them. There are so many variables that go into a successful home search and preparing and presenting a competitive offer. I am skilled at listening to what a buyer wants so I can weed out homes that do not fit into their perimeters thus saving both a lot of time. I guide my home buyers from beginning to end, starting with referring them to a lender to get pre-approved for their home loan to reviewing closing documents to make sure they are correct. I also do a complimentary market analysis on any home they'd like to purchase to give them my honest opinion of value. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than a buyer overpaying for a home due to lack of representation. I have the experience and proven success to ensure that my buyers go into the home buying process educated and prepared.
About Me
I've lived in the Snohomish/Monroe area since 1983. I currently reside with my husband and many beloved farm friends on the property that my husband's grandparents homesteaded in the late 1800's. I have 2 grown children and a grandson that has captured my heart. In my spare time, we love to spend time with family and friends at our vacation property on Lake Roosevelt in Eastern Washington. When at home, horseback riding, fishing and gardening is our favorite past time. I am a native of NW Washington . I know the area well and would love to help you make your next move!
