In addition to her extensive experience, Tammy has also earned several industry designations and certifications, including the highest certification awarded to Real Estate Brokers, the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). In addition, she holds the Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), and Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) certifications. She is commited to expanding her education and bringing more value to her clients. Tammy also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from CWU. She puts her tech skills to work in her marketing efforts, ensuring all the necessary tools are utilized to sell her clients' properties.
Foundation & Interests
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her husband of 25 years, their adult children, grandchildren, and friends. Together, with her husband, they have a Chocolate Lab named Sam, they enjoy living in the Methow Valley enjoying endless recreational opportunities. Besides her love for family, friends, and Sam, she enjoys giving back to her community, hiking, gardening, side-by-siding, and traveling.
