As a lifelong resident of Skagit Valley, Terri has a vast knowledge of its people, traditions and ever-changing real estate market. Coming from a background of 17 years in education, working with buyers and sellers as a Realtor made perfect sense. Known as a “people person”, Terri listens well to the wants and needs of her clients as they move toward their ultimate real estate goal, whether it be buying/selling a home, investing or developing, buying land, or finding the perfect vacation get-away.

Terri has had 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, and extensive real estate education. She has received designations as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), an E-Pro, an Accredited Buyer Representative and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI).

Highly involved in the community and service organizations, Terri believes in the Windermere Way: high standards for all agents, involvement in the community, and giving back.

In her leisure time, Terri enjoys cooking, music, traveling, and spending time with her 2 adult children, her husband of 34 years, her 2 cats, and her friends and family.
