The Great Todd Story...

With a background in education and 17 years experience in the title and escrow industry prior to joining Windermere in 2013, Todd has spent nearly two decades assisting agents in incorporating new technologies and social media strategies to improve their business. Todd brings a unique perspective on how to teach and motivate brokers to use various tools and resources to develop and deepen relationships with clients, discover new opportunities for business, and work more efficiently and effectively through their transactions. In his current role as Director of Education for Oregon and SW Washington, Todd works closely with the Windermere ProDev team in Seattle, creating new and exciting curriculum for Windermere real estate brokers, including the Windermere Tools webinar series, the Tuesdays with Todd video series on the Hub, assisting with the development of the new Onboarding and Windermere Way training series, along with additional content found within the Windermere University platform.
