I would certainly consider Vickie and Cathy probably two of the Best realtors in the business today in our area. Pierce County, Washington has a wide spectrum of real estate issues and both Vickie and Cathy are on top of them to best serve their buyer and seller clients. Additionally, they have a wonderful team in the office backing-up the transaction. They make sure the transaction flows smoothly - all the way through to the closing. We had some environmental issues with the sell that required several "back-and-forth" changes with the buyer; each issue was handled by Vickie and Cathy smoothly and professionally making the sale happen and close on time!

Vickie is very personable and we had more than one joking time on homes. I found one with the dreaded L.P. siding. The picture ad didn't show this. There was also just areas surrounding the homes which were questionable. When we found my home, Vickie and I kinda looked at each other and said " There's nothing wrong with this one!"

Vickie and Cathy were an amazing team! Their expertise in juggling our simultaneous purchase and sale of homes involved much handholding, reassurances and frequent communication was wonderful. The marketing of the sale was appreciated - from staging, photos and videos - made the sale! So many offers within 5 days was breathtaking! Vickie was able to negotiate a fair contract for both our purchase and sale. And the coordination between the other agents, title and escrow companies made for a smooth and seamless transaction. Not a ball was dropped. If you are in the market to sell &/or buy a home it would be wise to choose agents with the experiences and support staff (Liz :) ) to make your homeownership dreams come true.
